Q: What flour do you use?

A: Anita’s organic gluten free all purpose flour

Q: Do you offer refined sugar free options?

A: Yes! The raw dessert options use organic maple syrup instead of organic brown sugar or organic white sugar

Q: Are ALL of your products really dairy free, egg free, gluten free and organic?

A: My products will always be dairy free, egg free, gluten free, with focus on organic ingredients when available.

Q: Do you offer Gift Cards?

A: Yes. Digital gift cards are available now. Buy online or at the market—Square emails the card instantly. Choose $20, $40, $60 or $100. Balances carry over. If an email goes missing, message me and I’ll resend it.

Q: How should I store my cake/treats?

A: In an airtight container in the fridge/freezer. If stored in the fridge, consume within three days. If stored in the freezer, consume within 3 weeks.

Q: What about ingredients and nutrition information?

A: Please contact me if you would like an ingredient list. At markets, you can ask directly.

Q: Allergens—what should I know?

A: Allergens are listed on each product. Please contact me if you have a serious condition as I work in a commissary kitchen.

Q: Are you celiac friendly?

A: I am not certified celiac friendly.

Q: Do your cakes contain sugar?
