Using this website
This site shares my menu and story. Please don’t misuse it (no scraping, hacking, or illegal use). Photos, text, and designs are mine—please ask before reusing.
Orders
Online checkout is only for digital gift cards right now.
For cakes or catering, please email me—orders are confirmed by email.
Allergens & dietary notes
Everything is vegan and gluten-free. I bake in a shared commercial kitchen using gluten-free ingredients; while care is taken, trace amounts may be present. Please tell me about any allergies when you enquire.
Gift Card Terms
- Type: e-gift card in CAD, delivered by email.
- Amounts: $25 · $50 · $100 · or custom.
- Redemption: usable in person and on a future online store.
- Partial redemptions: yes—use the balance over multiple purchases until it reaches $0.
- No expiry & no fees: I don’t set expiry dates or maintenance fees.
- Not cash: not redeemable for cash (except if required by law).
- Lost or wrong email: email me your order number and purchaser email. I’ll deactivate the original code and reissue a replacement with the remaining balance.
- No resale; not for illegal use.
- Promotional/charity cards: if I issue promos for fundraising, they may have different rules shown on the card.
Refunds & cancellations
Gift card purchases are final once delivered, except where a refund is required by law or if there’s a delivery error (wrong email, failed send—email me and I’ll fix it).
Links & third-party services
I may link to other sites (Instagram, maps, payment pages). Their content and privacy practices are their own.
Liability
To the extent allowed by BC law, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or my products.
Governing law
British Columbia, Canada.
Changes
If I update these terms, I’ll change the date above.
